Vendora
The kingdom of Vendora is a diplomatic group, there are the Elders the over all leaders who deal with the every day duties of running a civilization. (Any big decisions will be put forth to the people) They are the advisers and counselors, normally the oldest of the flock are elected to be Elders, younger gryphons can be elected to be apart of the elders by the Gryphons of Vendora.
Rogues
The Jentis's word is law, if you disobey punishment will be severe. This group is founded on the lower ranks serving the higher, there is no respect only fear and lies. Members lie and scheme their way to the top, it is not uncommon for a high ranking gryphon to end up dead.
The Qui-yuni
The Qui-yuni are a very family oriented group (the tribe is your family), their Chief is their leader and his word is law or the word of the Venora. But if the tribe believes he or someone appointed to over see their tribe in his stead is not putting the interest of the tribe first he/she can be dethroned.
