Everyone is allowed to help out and do other jobs, but we will have basic skills a gryphon is assigned to.(What they are good at or most suited for).
Vendora
The Chin-duma, they are the basic soldiers trained in the art of battle; they protect the flock. They are basically the police and the army rolled into one, there are different sections of the Chi-nduma, as seen bellow. (All ranks end in "Duma".) Chin-duma is the general name used when referring to all the different branches of this rank at once. When addressing or speaking of a particular rank one uses the name for that rank rather then Chin-duma.
Hin-duma- The basic peace keepers, these gryhpons act as the police settled domestic disputes and dealing with over all crime inside the flock. General all around gryphon they are highly trusted by the flock, many rely on them and seek their advice when faced with problems. They are known to be very friendly and helpful, just in their decisions, they will not put up with any law breaking or be pushed around.
Shi-duma- The scouts, these gryphons have the greatest knowledge of the skies and land beyond the kingdom. Gifted in the art of stealth and infiltration they are the spies, assigned to assist the army when in battle, leading them through the land and providing tactical help these gryphons are know for being cunning and deadly. Many are surprised by how small these guys can be(Stealth and agility normally comes in a small package), they are very quiet and secretive.
Ra-duma- The messengers, these gryphon's are generally small in stature and fleet of wing and foot these gryphon's are known for their endurance and unwavering determination to get the message through. Their personalities range from friendly to hostile, all they ask for in a messenger in endurance, loyalty, a quick mind, and enough self discipline to get them from point A to B without straying from their mission or reading the letter.
Kydomie - The hunters of the kingdom, skilled in the art of tracking and taking down big game these gryphons are known for being stealthy and cunning. Loners in their own right these gryphons prefer the solitude of nature rather then the crowded castle, although normally loners these gryphons know the value of working as a team. The main providers of food for the kingdom other then the villagers, the Kydomie are respected and feared by many. They have a great knowledge of the market place and are skilled in the art of trading their wares.
Shina- The healers and scientists of the kingdom, these gryphons know all their is to the art of healing, dedicating their lives to finding new cures and procedures that can help save lives.
Citizens- The farmers and traders of the kingdom, these gryphons are the normal citizens, they are the most powerful rank Elders cannot make any life changing decisions for the city without their approval.
The Tengi- the craftsmen of Vendora, these gryphons are skilled at what they do, whether it be baking or being a blacksmith they are known to be the best.
Enchi- The apprentices of Vendora, these gryphons have come of age and are ready to be taught their desired trade.
Fledgling- These are the youngsters, the babies that aren't old enough to be apprenticed.)

Rogues
The Jentis- The mysterious leader of the Rogue outfit, this gryphon is considered to be one of the most wanted criminals in Vendora. But no body knows what he looks like, the only things known is that he has organized the Rogues, and seems to know every move the Chin-duma make before they do.
The Yuma - The Rogues lieutenants, the gryphons are loyal to the cause, conniving and dishonest they are the best at what they do. The most trusted by the Jentis they are the leader's right had gryphons, and go to guys when the leader wants something particularly nasty or secretive done.
Kinaigo- The warriors if the Rogues, these gryphons are usual thieves, bandits, and cutthroats that have been recruited by the Jentis or other members. Usually unskilled in the art of battle these gryphons fight as dirty as you can get.
The Coonnay - The spies and assassins these gryphons are secretive and cunning, do not get on their bad side or else you may meet an untimely and particular gruesome death.
Craftsmen-the craftsmen of the Rgoues, these gryphons are skilled at what they do, although not as gifted in their craft as the Tengi of Ventora these gryphons can get the job done.
Eryngo- The healers, these gryphons are neither nice nor carrying, they are simply there to ensure that you don't dye long enough to be of use to the Jentis and his cause.
Arietta- The hunters and thieves of the Rogues, these gryphons are charged with the task of going out and hunting or stealing food and supplies for the group.
Tayvoo- Young gryphon who has reached the age requirement to be taught in the art of murder and deceit.
Younglings- Although they are rare, children do happen and the Rogues are no exception to this fact. The younglings are the babies, the gryphons not yet old enough to be trained in the art of murder and deceit.
The Qui-yuni
Chief- the main leader of the Qui-yuni tribes, the Chief lives in the largest tribe in the Qui-yuni desert.
Venora- The second in command, one of these gryphons is placed at the head of each tribe. They are the law of that tribe, what they say goes. Their' job is to carry out the Chief's will in his absence, only the Chief is more powerful than them.
Kena- The messengers and spies, these gryphons are loyal to the Chief and the Chief only, each tribe has several messengers. Their job is to report to the Chief and tell him the statues of the tribe they have been assigned to, and whether or not the Venora is following his will.
The Vento- The warriors and hunters of the tribes, the Vento are strong and skilled in the ways of war and hunting. Greatly respected by their tribes the Vento have a high standard of loyalty and duty.
Rinta- the Rinta are the advisers and teachers, they are highly respect and are charged with remembering the oral history of their tribe. They teach the younger gryphons these stories as well as train and prepare them to one day become Ventos.
Tayo The Tayo are the healers and spiritual guides of the Qui-yuni, skilled in the art of medicine and in touch with their ancestors these gryphons and their wisdom is sought after by many. Like the Rinta the Tayo are highly respected, they also teach the younger generation selecting the most spiritual to teach the ways of a Tayo.
Shintay- the normal members of the Qui-yuni, these gryphons are charged with farming, cleaning and cooking the tribe meals, and over all running the household. Rint are also enlisted to help with these chores, and although they seem mundain the tribe respects the Shintay for their hard work, for without them the Qui-yuni would fall apart and become disorganized.
Rint- The lowest a gyphon of the Qui-yuni can go, the Rint are the gryphons who have failed their test or have dishonored their tribe by serverly breaking the laws.
Yevay- The younglings, from birth the Yevay are taught the ways of the Qui-yuni, the tribes do not have apprentices once the Yevay reach a certain age they will be tested to see if they will become a Vento, or Tayo, to fell the test is to bring great shame upon your family. Ones who fail their first test receive only one more try before they are demoted to the rank of Rint.
Un-sided
Wanderer- Gryphons who belong to no alliance or kingdom, they merely wander the land as they see fit, although they do not follow a one of the three set bodies they are expected to follow the rules of the land they enter.
Out Cast- These are gryphons who have been shamed, those who commit of heinous crimes, or are framed innocents who could not find mercy from the court; deformed children cast out by their parents often take up this or the Wanderer position among society. These Gryphons are banished from their homeland/Kingdom only to return on pain of death.
